Q: How is pricing determined?
A: Pricing depends on material used, print time, complexity, and finishing. We offer volume discounts for bulk orders.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship within 1 business day. Some print-to-order items may take up to 3 days to ship. This will be outlined on the item page. Our median delivery time is 6 days.

Q: Will my print have visible layer lines?
A: Yes — like all FDM 3D prints, some layer lines will be visible. Some filaments hide layer lines better than others depending on color and finish, the resulting print quality is visible in the product photos.

Q: Will my print look exactly like the item photos?
A: Short answer, yes. The exception to this is gradient prints. Gradient prints change depending on where the filament starts and stops, so the color band positions will change between batches.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: Email us at support@biggestlittleprint.shop or use the on-site chat and we'll help you with a replacement or refund.

Q: I am not happy with my purchase. Can I get a refund?
A: Stocked items may be returned within 30 days of purchase assuming they are returned in the same condition they were in when they arrived to you. Most custom orders are refundable as well, unless they are something we simply don't sell on the shop. IE: a custom design that you've provided to us. For example: a custom colored T-Rex would probably be refundable, but a specific niche item that we've printed for you would not be.
