Shipping policy

We are family owned and operated business, and we have lives, just like you. We try to ship orders out same day, or within a day of the order purchase. Sometimes, especially in the case of custom orders, that time may vary. We also take vacations, go on trips, visit family, etc. Please understand that we do care about our customers, but we're not a large corporation with a big warehouse or automated shipping system. We pack and ship everything by hand. We'll do our best to get orders out within one day of purchase. If anything deviates from that intended service commitment, we'll let you know right away.
